Hello I am Maureen,

Trainer, Nutritionist & Menopause Coach, here to help you feel stronger, healthier and more in control of your body and mind.

With over 15 years of experience and as a former elite track athlete who proudly represented the Netherlands. I know first-hand what it takes to stay strong, fit and healthy at every stage of life. I’m also a mum of three, and now in my fifties, so believe me when I say: I get it.

I’ve helped countless women find practical, personalised solutions that fit into real life not some perfect version of it. You don’t have to do this alone.
